Belle and Sebastian is sophomore year of high school

pretty much the only thing I listen to that I don't associate with a time period is Reggie and The Full Effect (actually, Your Boyfriends Hate Me always reminds me of rain and monsoon season).

I guess this summer is Blink 182? Dude Ranch, to be precise. I listened to Blink 182 waaaaay more this summer than I ever did in high school/middle school. I don't know how to feel about that.

Erik just gave his two weeks' notice.

I'm so excited I'm going to vomit.

I cooked again today!

It turned out good!

Maybe the eggs from yesterday were a fluke.

And that ghee I thought I messed up was cured after a night in the fridge! It's got the perfect color now and it doesn't smell burnt anymore. I'm gonna make halwa tomorrow, and fry up some more paneer (this time with cumin).

I can't make everything good, but at least I can always eat well.
